Parkland Immigration Community Services (PICS) is a not-for-profit community partnership with members from Asessippi Parkland, Swan Valley, Dauphin, Roblin & Shell River, Gilbert Plains, Rossburn and Assiniboine Community College.

PICS members have been actively involved in all areas of immigration since 2002. We believe successful immigration to any community in the Parkland benefits the entire region. PICS is a trusted partner that can help immigrants and entrepreneurs make informed and educated choices, and help business owners use immigration as a successful business strategy.
We offer our services (at no charge!) to anyone interested in re-locating to our area as well as employers and community organizations that are interested in attracting immigrants to the area.
