Goose Lake is aerated and stocked with Rainbow and Brown Trout for year-round fishing. Thel lake is how Roblin became known as the Fly-Fishing capital of Manitoba.

Riding Mountain National Park is located within a few minutes southwest of Roblin, Manitoba’s first national park.

Duck Mountain Provincial Park is located 20 minutes north of Roblin, known for its clear, spring-fed lakes, wildlife including moose, white-tailed deer, black bears, foxes, lynx, coyotes and timber wolves.

Asessippi Provincial Park is minutes away to the south as well as the west on man-made Lake of the Prairies, one of Manitoba’s best walleye fisheries.
